We treat every client as though they were our one and only client.  We will always maintain our relationship with our clients as though it was the first contact with them. When a company has a grand opening they go all out to make sure everything is perfect and that the experience is rememberable and lasting.  They know that first impressions are lasting impressions.  Then as time goes by they gradually back away from that attention and detail that was put into that opening night.  They forget what it takes to give their clients that grand experience, the customer service that landed them as clients.
